Britt Julious is a firm believer in the underground, the avant-garde and the underdog. A reformed party girl, an avid storyteller, and a disco ball in human form, she enjoys dancing to Chicago house music and writing about subjects that intersect the worlds of art, culture, race, feminism, and politics. She currently serves as the music critic for the Chicago Tribune and has written for the New York Times, Vogue, Esquire, ELLE, and Pitchfork.
